Centro Financiero, also known as the Tower of David, is an unfinished skyscraper located in Caracas, Venezuela. Construction began in 1990, but was halted in 1994 due to the banking crisis of that year. At the time of its abandonment, the Confinanzas Financial Center was the eighth tallest skyscraper in Latin America.3 It has 45 floors and is 171.30 m4 high in a construction area of 121,741.00 m². By July 2014 it was in a complete state of abandonment and invasion
