A Sweet prepared from paneer mixed in sweetened milk, Authentic sweet, crispy outside and juicy inside khaajaa · a kind of sweetmeat like pie crust. Ingredients Serving: 4 Koya 250 g Milk 50 ml Refined flour 150 g Ghee 30 g Baking soda 1 2 tsp Sugar powder 1 tsp Sugar 2 cups Water 2 cups Oil for frying. Instructions In a bowl, add koya, ghee and mix well. Add milk little by little to the mixture and mix well. Now add baking soda, sugar powder and mix well for 5 minutes. Add refined flour to the mixture and knead well to a dough consistency. Make small balls to desired shape. In a pan, add sugar and water to sugar syrup. Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls. Put the fried balls to the sugar syrup and leave for 2 minutes. Take out the khaja balls and plate them.
