Course of the Navia River as it passes through Riodeporcos. Border between Galicia and Asturias. Spain. #321912933
Description
A good part of the upper course of the Navia belongs to the Os Ancares Lucenses and Montes de Cervantes, Navia and Becerreá Biosphere Reserve as it runs through the municipalities of Becerreá, Cervantes and Navia de Suarna. It forms a narrow valley that crosses the Reserve from south to north, constituting a characteristic space of the Cantabrian-Atlantic sublittoral valleys. As it houses the largest population centers in the region, agricultural and forestry crops predominate in the valley compared to the natural vegetation made up of adjacent riverside forests.
