Pictured is an African bush elephant, chacma baboons and an impala on the beach near the Chobe River in Chobe National Park in Botswana, Africa. The elephant an impala have enjoyed a drink from the River. The baboons are sifting through the elephant dung for tasty morsels of fruit and seeds that have passed undigested through the digestive tract of the elephant. The animals were photographed from a safari boat stationed at the historic Chobe Game Lodge. The binomial name of the elephant is Loxodonta africana, the baboons Papio ursinus, and the impala Aepyceros melampus.
