Description
Magash Church is a neo-Gothic church located on Castle Hill in Budapest. Highly artistic steeple bell tower on the south side, magnificent church vault. In the 13th century, the king ordered the construction of the church along with the construction of the palace. In the 15th century, King Magash I built a new landmark steeple bell tower on the south side, and the church became known as Magash Church. Since all the Kings were crowned here, the church has the nickname Crown Church. After the Turkish invasion, the church was converted into a mosque, and then rebuilt several times to form the current diversified style.
