The podberezovik (Latin Léccinum scábrum) #329768685
Description
The podberezovik (Latin Léccinum scábrum), like the aspen, belongs to the genus leccinum (obabok) and the Boletus family. All podberezoviki combine dark or light brown shades of hats, sometimes even black ones, and thinner legs compared to the same aspen. Unlike aspenberries (with rare exceptions), the flesh of more types of blackberries does not turn blue on the cut.Despite the fact that all types of podberezoviki are edible, with an abundance of white, aspen, and even chanterelles, many mushroom pickers of podberezoviki do not converge: any fault of theirs is softness, fragility, powder even watery â corrosive mushrooms are extremely difficult to bring home whole. In terms of density, the podberezoviki are noticeably inferior to their bolted relatives, for example, porcini mushrooms, but in terms of worminess, on the contrary, they operate.
