Its architects were Abram Lapirov and Evgeny Katonin, and the creator of the bas—relief was Matvey Manizer.There is a green square on the site of Pushkin's duel, in which stands an obelisk with a portrait of the poet and an inscription: "The place of A.S. Pushkin's duel 26 V-1799 – 29 I-1837".
