The bridge across the Qutang Gorge of the Yangtze River, Fengjie County, Chongqing,China.Qutang Gorge is also called Kui Gorge. A canyon located on the main stream of the Yangtze River in Chongqing, China. Together with Wu Gorge and Xiling Gorge, it is called the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. Qutang Gorge starts from Baidi City in Fengjie County, Chongqing City in the west and ends at Daxi Township in Wushan County in the east. It is about 8 kilometers long. It is the shortest section of the Three Gorges, but it is famous for its grandeur. In the canyon, the Yangtze River is less than 100 meters at its narrowest point and less than 150 meters at its widest point. There are two mountains facing each other at the mouth of the gorge, Chijia Mountain and Baiyan Mountain, which are called Kuimen and are known as "Kuimen is the most heroic in the world".
