Description
Mussaenda 'Alicia' is a semi evergreen shrub in the family Rubiaceae, belonging to the genus Magnolia. It stands at a height of 1-3 meters. Leaves opposite, long elliptical, apex gradually pointed, base wedge-shaped, entire margin. The inflorescence of the umbrella house grows at the top, with 5 sepal lobes, all of which are enlarged into pink petal shapes and double petaled. The corolla is golden yellow, with a high footed disc shape and a light red throat. The flowering period is from June to October.The horticultural variety is a hybrid of red paper fan and magnolia leaf golden flower.
