Chichoka, also called sun root, saunchoka, wild sunflower, Jerusalem artichoke, or earth apple, is a type of plant from the family of sedums. It originally grows in North America, but is also often cultivated because the edible tubers are used in food. Unfortunately, the plant can become a weed during cultivation and is difficult to eradicate.
