2024 San Francisco Fleet Week Airshow 2 Royalty-Free Stock Image

Fleet Week is an annual celebration of Americas Coast Guard, Marines and Navy, held in several American port cities, where the citizens and service personnel are encouraged to interact freely, with airshows and tours of the ships, all free. The airshows include among other things, the Patriots. These all volunteer pilots were all military pilots themselves, who now fly for fun. There is also there Blue Angles support plane, 'Fat Albert', so named for the 1970's popular TV show of that name, when this plane first came out. Since airshows are very weather dependent, the fan favorite Blue Angles for Saturdays show had to be canceled at the last minute, due to clouds.
