Anne Finucane and Cynthia McFadden arrive on the red carpet for the International Women’s Media Foundation 2013 Courage In Journalism And Lifetime Achievement Awards at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City on October 23, 2013. Among this year’s honorees were Najiba Ayubi, Director, The Killid Group, Afghanistan; Bopha Phorn, reporter, The Cambodian Daily; and Edna Machirori, the first black female editor in Zimbabwe. Machirori received the IWMF Lifetime Achievement Award. Finucane is the Bank of America Global Strategy and Marketing Officer and the recipient of the inaugural IWMF Leadership Award. Cynthia McFadden, ABC News personality and co-host of Nightline, hosted the annual luncheon event.
