A piece Dutch history in the north east Brazilian tropics, Fort Orange. The best preserved building of the Dutch colonial period in this part of the world. Still life of this historical fortress, near the city Recife. On the wall there is still an ancient cannon with the coat of arms of the dutch West Indian Compagny. In the background palms on the beach of the island Itamaraca, state Pernambuco.
