Germany, state North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Rhine, city Goch: at the the market square is situated the Evangelical church with distinctive steeple tower, Flèche. A flèche is used in French architecture to refer to a spire and in English to refer to a lead-covered timber spire. These are placed on the ridges of a church. In the tower is a cross wind vane with Angel with trumpet. On the market square is an old five armed lantern, which lights burn gas, gas lamps.
