Eurasian Spoonbill or Common spoonbill (Platalea leucorodia) is resident as well as migratory in its range. They have spoon like bill to probe the mud for feeding in it. They found at fresh water lakes, ponds and tanks in flocks. They share their habitat with Egrets, Herons and other Stork species. An Intermediate Egret seen in the background.
