Elephant ride at the orphanage in Sri Lanka. This orphanage provided home to more than 20 elephants that were domesticated by local people to carry wood and do other hard work. Many of them became homeless and were destroying crops and sometimes villages in the search for food, and were frequently killed for that matter.
