Attacus Atlas Royalty-Free Stock Photo

Originary from the south of Asia. It is the biggest nocturnal moth of the world. This one was around 30cm wingspan. As they do not eat in the adult form, they only fly to reproduce and lay down eggs. The males lives approximately four days while the females eight. Take note the drawing swith snakehead shape at the edge of the wings, useful to scare out the predators.
