Description
Quaint Delfshaven (it survived the war) was once the official seaport for the dutch city of Delft. A reconstructed 18th-century windmill the Distilleerketel overlooks the water at Voorhaven. Here the Pilgrims tried leaving for America aboard the leaky Speedwell. At the left the old warehouse double Palmboom for storage of coal and coffin.
