Description
This bull is made with pieces of ceramic tile or attached to a wall of a street in Santa Cruz, Aragua State, Venezuela. It is a celebration that involves the creation or construction of a ship of Toro, which can be made ââ¬â¹Ã¢â¬â¹from cardboard, wire or other material easy to handle; the body of the bull as a weapon elongated drawer and an opening for the person who will be introduced to handle left. Once built the frame, proceed to dress with multicolored strips of tissue paper. Being very dense while giving faralos forms (similar to those that were placed piñatas), this is done for two purposes: to give colorful and striking animal movements that you make. Finally the head is placed, which can be made ââ¬â¹Ã¢â¬â¹of cardboard, paper mache or another, trying to preserve the distinctive features of the animal, and the picturesque and traditional touches, in which special attention is saved as: antlers, which is real, usually provided by the slaughterhouse; tail, very ornate; and testes, which sometimes are exaggerated, made with stuffed stockings. The exponents are the same participants then represent the task of bullfighting, today even the children collect their material in advance and from schools and homes are added to build bulls of all sizes.
