Pisoaia Waterfall 3 Stock Photography

The Pisoaia waterfall is a landscape reservation on a rocky treshold of crystalline limestone of paleozoic age, suounded by a beech forest and a small number of other remote resimous tres. The waterfall is cca. 18 m hight with a spread of the watercourse of 25m on the rocky steep slope it flows on. The limestone formations of travertine type deposited in time complete this spectacular ladscape. The protected area has a surface of 2.5 ha.
