Process of production of the exposed object is laborious, long and multistage. Each detail of composition made of deciduous breeds of a tree which is dried up in the natural way in a shadow not less than 1 year before. Such process excludes formation of cracks in the next years. Each element of composition is cut out manually by the master and then split up for the smallest details. Further details are located in a bottle through its neck (without breaking integrity of a bottle) and gradually by means of special tools and adaptations stick together and gather inside together. Then everything is dried. On average on production of 1 bottle leaves till 1 month. The presented bottles were made at the time of the USSR and today are more than 25 years old.
