A Swiss Cow Reflects On Life, And A Pond Near Mannlichen In Switzerland Stock Photo

This swiss cow grazes on the slopes of Mannlichen, near Grindelwald in the Bernese Oberland of the Swiss Alps in Switzerland. This pond is located off the trails near Mannlichen that lead the hiker to Kleine Scheidegg where the walker can find refreshment in good beer and great strudel. The hiking trails offer spectacular views over the Eiger and Jungfrau and the Wetterhorn. Take the train from Kleine Scheidegg to the Top of Europe, which is the visitors center on top of Jungfrau, for fantastic views of the Grindelwald Glacier. Other trains from Kleine Scheidegg depart for Wengernalp, Allmend, Wengen, and to the Lauterbrunnen Valley down below.
