The nevis range ski resort is on the slopes of ben nevis, Scotland, in the region of Argyll and Bute, the highest mountain in the united kingdom. It has one cable car up from the base station near the foot of the mountain which is used in both up and down directions by skiers as there is no ski down path available. The modern cable car bubbles seat six people with racks for skis and snowboards on the outside. The resort often struggles with weather problems, not enough snow or winds that are too strong.
