Photo made in Val Venosta in the province of Bolzano (Italy). The valley extends from the Reschenpass, where does the Adige, and comes to the gates of Merano, forming the westernmost edge of the province of Bolzano. It is bordered to the north by Austria, in Switzerland in the west, to the south with Lombardy and Trentino and east with Burgraviato. At his feet is the Stelvio Pass (2760 m above sea level) with the note parkway particularly important for the history of road cycling.
