Paradise Valley begins around 10km east of Aourir, a deep, palm-lined gorge, with a river snaking along the base. This inland gorge is another great outdoor recreation destination near Agadir. Mountain trails lead to Berber villages, and waterfalls at Ida Ouatanane tumble off the cliffs during the spring. The winding gorge is filled with palm trees, and the chance to visit a traditional Berber village is a real treat.
