This is a Spring picture of the Hinds County Courthouse in Raymond, Mississippi. The courthouse was designed by Geoege and Thomas Weldon, is an example of the Greek Revival style of architecture, has been rated by the National Archives of History as one of the top ten most perfectly constructed buildings in the United States, and was built in 1857. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 15, 1986. This picture was taken on March 29, 2015.
