This is a Spring picture of the boyhood home of Samuel Clemens located in Hanibal, Missouri. Clemens later known as the author Mark Twain lived in this house built in 1844 from 1844 until 1853. The house was declared a National Historic Landmark on December 29, 1962 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 15, 1966. The picture was taken on May 2, 2015.
