Jellyfish On Pebble Beach Stock Image

A Jellyfish, Scyphozoa, is lying on a pebble beach. Just underneath the jellyfish we can see a small piece of brown seaweed. The jellyfish is a dark purplish brown, but we can see light pink lines radiating from its centre. The pebble beach is made up from a range of igneous pebbles which have been rubbed smooth from the continual sea movement. The pebbles are a range of sizes, shapes and colours. This was photographed on a beach at Meikle Ferry, North, in Sutherland in the Highlands of Scotland.
