The incredibly beautiful Green Violet Eared Hummingbird in the central mountains of Mexico. This is a rare picture of a medium sized hummingbird that is very elusive and shy and is one special bird. This shot was taken in the mountains of central Mexico. These birds migrate here for the summer. Here they can be found feeding from the wild flowers as shown in the shot, when these flowers die back the birds continue south.
