Fish Balls are probably the most well-known type of street food in Asia, also dubbed as “Tusok-Tusok” or “Bolo-Bolo” and made from finely pulverized cuttlefish or Pollock. The grinded fish is flaked and mixed with flour, milk, spring onions and seasoned with salt and pepper and placed in a refrigerator to make it sticky and firm.
