Pentagon Memorial, Virginia Editorial Photo

The Pentagon Memorial, just outside the Pentagon building in Virginia. Each of the benches represents one of the 184 people who died on 11 September 2001. The name plaques visible when facing the Pentagon memorialise those who died in the building; the names on the other side, facing away from the Pentagon, remember those who were aboard American Airlines Flight 77.
