Description
Licancabur is a stratovolcano on the border between Bolivia and Chile, south of the Sairecabur volcano and west of Juriques. Part of the Andean Central Volcanic Zone, it has a prominent, 5,916-meter-high cone. Valle de la Luna is a valley in Los Flamencos National Reserve, in northern Chileââ¬â¢s Atacama Desert. Itââ¬â¢s known for its moonlike landscape of dunes, rugged mountains and distinctive rock formations.
