The Holy Joy #71747055
Description
A group of Holy Hindu Monks (Naga Sadhus) is cheering with strong dreadlocks after taking the holy dip early morning on the bank of sacred river Shipra, also known as Kshipra on the concluding day of month long Simhasth Mahakumbh in ancient religious city Ujjain, India. Simhasth Kumbh Mahaparv is one of the four Kumbh Melas celebrated by largest spiritual gathering on Planet Earth. This year's Simhasth Kumbh Maha Parva is based on the celestial line-up of Planets and the Signs of the Zodiac, which occurs every 12 years. This year Simhasth Kumbh Mahaparv took place from April 22 to May 21. The concluding bath in the Shipra River is also known as Pramukh Shahi Snan.
