It's said, that underneath this Spanish church would exist the fundament of the largest pyramid of an ancient Mexican tribe. It's possible to walk a narrow long path underground where you see staircases upwards, which are usual to pyramids. It is however not to see, whether it's true that here would have been the Pyramid with the largest expansion.
