The Roman Catholic Church in the commune of Cacica, Suceava County, Romania. The cathedral was sanctified in 1904 and, as of then, it started being a place of pilgrimage for Catholics across Europe, who used to come to bow before the Miracle-working Icon in Cacica, a copy of the miraculous Icon of the Virgin Mary, the “Black Madonna” from the Church of Jasna Gora in Czestochowa, Poland.
