Description
Wooden beds from barrack room, in Concentration Camp Dachau, Bavaria, Germany. From 1922 to 1937, the prisoners were housed in the brick workers barracks of the former gunpowder and munitions factory. Each barrack was divided into five Stuben, which served as both common room and sleeping quarters. Each prisoner still had their own bed and a seat at the table.
