Decorated salad. Salad — classic recipe cold dish, made from a mixture of different vegetables and/or fruit (actually lettuce, root vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes, cucumbers, beans, green leaves, endive, watercress, Rapunzel, etc.) with seasoning vinegar, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper or a special salad dressings, served mostly with grilled meat, sometimes in the form of snacks. Often in the salad included greens: dill, parsley, celery, green onion, garlic.
