Gudeg is a traditional Javanese cuisine from Yogyakarta and Central Java, Indonesia. The ingredients consist of young unripe jack fruit boiled for few hours with palm sugar and coconut milk giving milky sweet taste typical of Central Java unique dishes. It also comes with Krechek which is cattle skin. Generally, a bit spicy.
