Description
Tianzishan formerly known as Qingyan Mountain, due to the ancient Tujia leader to the big-kun led the local peasant uprising called `the emperor` and named, Wulingyuan one of the four major scenic spots. It is east of Tianzi Pavilion, west of General Rock, south of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, coiled nearly 40 km, a total area of ââ¬â¹Ã¢â¬â¹5400 hectares, the highest point of the emperor peak 1262.5 meters above sea level, the lowest elevation of 534 meters. Because of the Song Dynasty Tujia leaders to the large-kun in this led the uprising, claiming to be `King`, and later martyrdom here, named Tianzishan, more `King of peaks` reputation.
