The Peruvian district of Miraflores is an exclusive residential and commercial district south of downtown Lima, is also one of the 43 districts that form part of the province of Lima , in the homonymous department . It is exactly located in the center-south of the conurbado of Metropolitan Lima . It limits to the north with the district of San Isidro , to the east with the districts of Surquillo and Santiago de Surco , to the south with Barranco and to the west is bathed by the Pacific Ocean in the Green Coast .
