Villa `Victoria`, also known as Otrada`s dacha, was built in 1914 according to the project of Yalta architect N.P. Krasnov, who also built the Livadia Imperial Palace. The manor was built by order of the noble family of the Karaite family of the Crimea. The building was built in the Spanish-Moorish style of the medieval period. During the Great Patriotic War, the building was severely damaged. Its restoration was carried out by the architects Yu. Kolomiychenko and A. Kolomiychenko.
