This image of Stanford Dish was taken at the old Leland Stanford property West of the campus. The property consists of rolling hills, trails, San Francisco bay and views of Silicon Valley. This shot was looking West look directly at the dish. The dish itself is a radio telescope used to explore the far reaches of space at Stanford University.
