A fountain in the square besides the Ekklisia Evaggelismosn a church on the harbour harbor side Rhodes, the largest of Greeceââ¬â¢s Dodecanese islands, is known for its beach resorts, ancient ruins and remnants of its occupation by the Knights of St. John during the Crusades.
