In Yalova city of the country Turkey where this photo is taken was hit by a great earthquake in 1999 and urban renewal process slowly going on since then. All the villages, small towns and districts affected by the damage that earthquake caused. Besides demolition and reconstruction of the buildings and houses municipality also doing a lot of land reclaimation type of construction to have more space for parks, walking paths and bicycle roads.
