Firefighter volunteer in mini truck teaching children bushfires & wildlife rescue #94028996
Description
At a Queensland country day the Queensland Fire and Rescue Department run this special little mini fire truck engine replica as a novelty ride for children, taking them for a ride and educating and teaching them about fires and bushfires safety, planning, what the firefighters and rescue workers do and also about how they can get involved to help stop bushfires that savage rural areas in Australia in the soaring temperatures of summer, especially since global warming has seen the temperatures soar. The children are also being taught how because of the bushfires each year we lose thousands of lives of Australian wildlife animals and educating them on how they can save an injured, burned or dehydrated animal and simple tasks such as leaving bowls of water outside on days when the heat is unbearable so animals can find water thus saving a life. This is a great service provided by Queensland Fire and Rescue Department, which we should be grateful for in Australia , as it is our children and the future generations that will suffer the most from climate change and global warming, so if children can be educated about how to help ,even in small ways, it will yield a great result and then they will teach their children.
