Description
The spa town BÃÆile Herculane Latin: Aqua Herculis; German: Herkulesbad; Hungarian: HerkulesfürdÃ
â is situated in Romania, CaraÃâ¢-Severin County, in the valley of the Cerna River. It has hot springs with sulfur, chlorine, sodium, calcium, magnesium and other minerals, as well as negatively ionized air. Pavilion 6, built in 1906, having a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and three levels, equipped with hydraulic lift at the time, was the last and most imposing structure of the Hercules Square Architecture Complex. The facade of the building, with many expressive details, features bas-reliefs with the resort`s offer at the beginning of the 20th century.
