Brazilian Soccer fan in traditional South African flavor fan dress, sporting a rather uniquely ornate makaraba. Makaraba, is township slang for safety hat. Originally worn by supporters to soccer matches as protection against flying bottles, but whose origin is attributed to the name Makarapa.
