Description
The origin of the Herculane Baths has lasted for almost two millennia. The bases of the resort were laid in 102 AD. by the Emperor Trajan, the Romans introducing the balneary cult taken from the Greeks that they then developed. The name of the resort to which it is linked and the name of our society comes from the god Hercules, the son of Zeus and the beautiful Elena, recorded in Roman mythology as a patron of the thermal springs, a symbol of power and the balance between physical and spiritual strength.
