In the parking lot of the Lake Highlands High School Parking lot, Oncor Delivery Systems coordinate the help received from 11 states of electrical contractors from those utilities that offered their help to restore power. Some of the repairs needed including clearing out trees, drilling holes, new poles, restring lines, and transformers before power could be restored. The fifth day, power had been fully restored.
