Singer and actress Julie Budd exchanges witty banter with legendary stand-up comedian Bob Hope at a performance in Chicago, Illinois in February, 1982. Budd is a cabaret artist and singing teacher who performs frequently in Las Vegas, opening for some iconic stars such as Frank Sinatra, George Burns, Liberace, and Hope. Hope, born in England, had a nearly 80-year showbiz career as a stand-up comedian, actor, singer, dancer, and even used his considerable athletic abilities as a boxer in his youth. He is know for his tireless years of touring, entertaining American troops abroad for the USO. Hope died on June 27, 2003, at the age of 100.
